How do I request urgent website help?

The urgent-help page collects the symptoms and affected website so Yasa can assess availability and propose the next step. Sending an enquiry does not automatically start a paid repair or promise a response time.

Before you start

Identify the affected website, what stopped working, when it began and any recent changes. Keep existing recovery information available without attaching credentials or private customer records.

What to do

  1. Open Emergency help from the Yasa contact or footer links.
  2. Enter your name, contact email and the affected website. Explain the problem, approximate start time, visible error and recent updates or changes.
  3. Remove passwords, payment details and customer records from the message. Access can be arranged securely if it is needed later.
  4. Submit once and inspect the form's result. If delivery is unclear, retain the message and use another contact method displayed by Yasa rather than assuming it arrived.
  5. Review the proposed availability, work and price with Yasa before relying on a repair arrangement.

What happens next

The enquiry provides enough context for an assessment and reply. It is not a repair-completion confirmation, an automatic service-level guarantee or authorisation for unrelated changes.

If something goes wrong

If the form cannot be submitted, check required fields and its displayed error, then use the current contact page. For an existing managed service, also follow its agreed incident and access process. Do not publish secrets or repeatedly change live state merely to make an error disappear before it can be assessed.
