How do I use website files, SFTP and an agent connection?

Website access is scoped to the assigned resource and environment.

Before you start

Your role must allow the requested file or connection operation.

What to do

  1. Open Manage website and confirm the domain and environment.
  2. For file transfer, open SFTP and follow Manage SFTP connections to Account. Select the exact permitted website or game server and check its environment before using its separate file-transfer details.
  3. For an agent, open MCP and use Manage agent access to continue to Account. Manage the shared agent token there, connect it privately and ask the agent to list the resources your identity may access.
  4. Keep the copied connection private and use its supported tools.

What happens next

SFTP uses separate credentials for the selected resource. The shared Account agent token reflects your current permitted projects, workspaces and services; opening a Nexus resource does not issue a new token.

If something goes wrong

Check the identity, exact resource, environment and current assignment when access fails. Browser sign-out does not revoke an agent token. Existing hosting agent connections remain until explicitly retired in Account; verify a replacement first. Keep all tokens and SFTP details private, and ask the resource administrator about missing permission.
