Before you start
Prepare a short description of the website, store or technical project you want to discuss. Read the calendar's privacy explanation before deciding to load it.
What to do
- Open Book a meeting from the Yasa navigation or footer. Review the booking page and its Google privacy information.
- Use Load Google calendar only if you want the embedded calendar to connect to Google. Continue without Google leads to the contact alternative; loading the calendar is not required to send an enquiry.
- Choose an available time in the provider's calendar and review its requested details and confirmation steps before submitting a booking.
- If the embedded calendar does not work, use the page's direct calendar link or contact Yasa to arrange a meeting. Remove Google calendar removes the embedded calendar from the page; it is separate from cancelling a meeting already booked.
- Keep the actual booking confirmation or contact reply. Opening the page or selecting a time without completing confirmation does not establish a booked meeting.
What happens next
A completed provider booking has its own confirmation, or your enquiry can be handled through the contact alternative. Loading, removing or revisiting the calendar does not itself confirm or cancel an appointment.
If something goes wrong
Check the provider's displayed time and time zone before confirming. If loading is blocked, use the offered alternative rather than weakening browser privacy or security controls. Contact Yasa with the intended meeting context when confirmation is unclear, without sending private sign-in links or codes.
