Which settings belong to Midas rather than Account?

Shared personal preferences and business billing configuration have different purposes.

Company and billing changes require the relevant workspace authority.

What to do

  1. Use Account for personal identity and shared regional preferences.
  2. Use Midas company or billing settings for the business information shown on its documents.
  3. Check the effect on new documents before changing a default.
  4. Review the saved settings and any recorded history after a change.

What happens next

Personal display preferences and legal business facts remain separate.

If something goes wrong

Changing a display currency does not rewrite an existing invoice. Verify tax and legal decisions against the business requirements rather than a help example.
