How do I choose the correct Midas workspace?

Midas keeps billing information within its authorised workspace.

Before you start

Sign in with access to the intended business workspace.

What to do

  1. Open Midas and let the workspace finish loading.
  2. Check the active business and workspace before viewing or editing records.
  3. Open the relevant customer, invoice, product or report section.

What happens next

You work with the intended business records.

If something goes wrong

If records appear missing, check loading, filters and workspace first. A shared Account identity does not grant access to every business.
