How do shared Account settings affect PC Shop?

PC Shop reads shared Account settings while retaining order, support and delivery functions in the shop.

Before you start

Sign in with the purchasing identity. Only edit company settings you are permitted to manage.

What to do

  1. Open Account for your personal name, shared profile and company or billing information. The checkout contact name and company billing name are separate.
  2. Review both address lines at checkout. When using the same billing and delivery address, check both copied lines before submitting an order.
  3. Open Email preferences in Account to review optional email choices. PC checks current consent before sending nonessential mail; essential requested, security and order replies are handled separately.
  4. Return to PC Shop for Orders, Support or Delivery. Refresh the relevant page after a shared setting is saved, and check any checkout values you edited specifically for that order.

What happens next

The shop uses the shared settings in the appropriate fields without creating a second personal profile or payment-settings editor.

If something goes wrong

Changing shared details does not rewrite a historical order. If a current checkout value is unexpected, check the selected company and any order-specific edits, then contact shop support with the page and field name.
