Before you start
You need an existing mailbox and the sign-in information supplied by its administrator.
What to do
- Open Webmail from the ecosystem menu.
- Follow the sign-in screen shown for the hosted email service.
- Use the exact mailbox identity required by the mailbox prompt.
- Wait for the mailbox folders to finish loading.
What happens next
You can access the mailbox authorised by those credentials.
If something goes wrong
A Yasa profile or Nexus invitation does not itself create a mailbox. Ask the mailbox administrator to check the address if access is refused.
