How do comments, subtasks and dependencies work?
Task details keep discussion and related work together.
How do I create a project or change its basic settings?
A project groups its description, status, priority, deadline, people and tasks. Its basic settings are separate from shared Account preferences and Midas billing records.
How do I link a project to a Midas customer and set billing defaults?
Project billing connects permitted Hercules work to a Midas customer and billing defaults. Personal display preferences, shared customer information and project invoice settings have different scopes.
How do I remove a task or project safely?
Deletion is different from filtering work out of a view or changing its status. The project deletion confirmation explicitly warns that its tasks will also be deleted.
How do I review or manage project commissions?
Project commission entries record a recipient, amount, currency and optional note. Saving them does not send a payment.
How do I use quick search, keyboard commands and saved task views?
Search and keyboard commands help you find permitted work, while saved views retain useful filters and layouts. A view link does not grant access to another person's project.
How do invitations and notifications work?
Hercules uses invitations for collaboration and an in-app inbox for work events.
How do task deadlines and repeating tasks work?
A task can have a deadline and repeat settings. Completing an eligible repeating occurrence can create its next pending occurrence; this is separate from recurring invoices in Midas.
