What to do
- Open Account and select Privacy and data.
- Read the available request types and their explanations.
- Submit the intended request through the supported control.
- Keep its reference and check any displayed status or follow-up instructions.
- Choose the actual request type and services concerned. Add only the details needed to explain your own request, confirm that you want it reviewed and complete the verification shown by the form.
- Check Your requests and retain the reference. Recorded; awaiting notification is different from Received by the privacy team, and neither means the requested export, correction or deletion has already been completed.
What happens next
The request can be reviewed through the process shown by the service.
If something goes wrong
A submitted request is not an immediate export or deletion. Legal and business retention requirements can affect the outcome; do not post another person's records or credentials as evidence.
