What should I do when an older Yasa account or checkout link is no longer used?

Older Yasa website account and checkout pages can show a notice directing you to the current services. Those pages are separate from the shared Account sign-in and current app workspaces.

Before you start

Keep any existing project, order or invoice reference. Use your established identity rather than creating another account because an old link changed.

What to do

  1. Read the notice on the old page and follow its current service links.
  2. Use Hercules for shared project work and Midas for billing. Use Account for shared personal settings and the current sign-in flow.
  3. Use Nexus only with the correct invitation, Google verification and resource assignment. An old website account does not grant hosting administration.
  4. If you need an old order or invoice, contact Yasa with its reference so the correct record can be identified. Do not resubmit an old checkout or send another payment to test whether the record exists.

What happens next

You can distinguish a retired website page from a missing app permission or an actual record-retrieval request. Following a current link does not merge identities or automatically transfer membership.

If something goes wrong

If the current service denies access, check its identity and workspace requirements and ask the relevant administrator. If the record remains unclear, provide the old page address and non-sensitive reference to Yasa, excluding passwords, recovery links and payment credentials.
