How do I request a website, shop, hosting or technical service?

Yasa's public service pages describe website and store work, hosting, domains, Workspace, privacy setup and ongoing technical support. An enquiry is separate from an agreed project, purchase or infrastructure assignment.

Before you start

Prepare the business context, current website if any, the intended outcome, relevant platform, timing and a useful budget range. Identify who owns the domain and can authorise access.

What to do

  1. Use the Websites & stores or service links in the Yasa navigation to open the relevant current service page.
  2. Review what the page includes, any displayed price or conditions and what needs to be agreed separately. Do not treat a Help summary as a replacement for the actual quotation or service terms.
  3. Use the offered enquiry or contact route, or book a consultation. Describe the outcome and existing systems, keeping passwords and private customer data out of the message.
  4. Review the proposed scope, responsibilities, cost, delivery and support arrangement before proceeding. Arrange any needed domain, hosting or application access through the agreed process.

What happens next

The enquiry can be assessed for the appropriate service and next step. Sending it does not itself create a website, register or transfer a domain, provision a paid account or grant Nexus access.

If something goes wrong

If a page or form does not address your situation, use Contact Yasa and identify the intended service. Retain the form result or reply, and clarify dependencies such as domain ownership and platform access before assuming work can begin.
