How do I review PC Shop orders, support and delivery details in Account?

Account's PC Shop section shows the orders and conversations of the connected shop identity, with separate delivery settings. Shared profile and company information remain in their own Account sections.

Before you start

Use the Yasa Google identity connected to the intended existing PC Shop account. Complete the normal Google continuation if requested.

What to do

  1. Open Account and select PC shop. Use Orders, Support or Delivery for the task you need.
  2. In Orders, open the intended order to inspect its order and payment states, items, totals, receipt and any tracking information. Use Load more orders for older records.
  3. In Support, open the intended conversation and load further conversations or messages when needed. For a new message, enter its subject, message, optional order number and appropriate priority. Review the text before sending; reply within an existing conversation when it remains open.
  4. In Delivery, review the contact phone, billing address and delivery address fields that are editable for your account. Keep both address lines where needed and use a two-letter country code. Shared managed fields must be updated in their own personal or company settings.
  5. Save delivery changes or submit the intended support message once, wait for confirmation and reopen the saved record. A saved support message is confirmation of the message record, not a promise that a shop representative has already responded.

What happens next

You can review your connected PC Shop records and accepted delivery settings. A saved address change does not itself amend an existing order, change its payment state or guarantee a delivery change.

If something goes wrong

An empty list applies to the currently connected shop identity; check the account before assuming orders are missing. If a save is uncertain, use Retry same save before changing the draft. A conflict requires reloading saved settings and reconciling your intended change. For an order or delivery issue, use its support conversation with the order number; never include payment credentials or sign-in codes.
