How do I open and follow a shop support conversation?

PC Shop’s Support Messages keeps shop-specific questions and replies in ticket threads.

Before you start

Use your own purchasing identity and prepare a concise description of the product or order question without passwords, card details or unnecessary personal records.

What to do

  1. Open Support in PC Shop. Enter the order number when the question concerns an existing order, along with a clear subject and message.
  2. Choose the appropriate displayed priority and review the message. Submit Create support ticket once and retain its ticket reference.
  3. Open the thread to inspect its history and status. Waiting for Support and Waiting for You identify different next participants; check whether a reply is requested.
  4. Use Send reply in the existing open thread when you have more information. A closed thread does not offer the same reply form; use the displayed support route if the matter needs further review.

What happens next

The saved support thread keeps the question and accepted replies with their current status. Choosing an urgent priority does not guarantee a response time or an automatic repair or refund.

If something goes wrong

If submission is uncertain, inspect Threads before creating another ticket. Use the correct order and identity, and avoid repeated copies of the same request. If the form or verification fails, retain your non-sensitive text and use another support method actually displayed by the shop.
