How do I publish a job brief and manage its availability?

Posting a job is free. Its short preview is public, while full briefs, client contact details and private proposals follow SkillJobber's access rules.

Before you start

Sign in with the account that should own the job. Select only a personal or company identity you are permitted to represent, and prepare a brief without confidential information that should not be shared.

What to do

  1. Open Post a job and review the identity shown by the form. Company details come from Account; inspect the selected company and representative before publishing.
  2. Enter a clear title and describe the goals, deliverables and skills needed. Choose a category, location and budget in EUR. A budget of 0 means it is open for discussion.
  3. Set an optional proposal deadline when needed and review it before publishing. Once the deadline has passed, the job no longer accepts new proposals, even if its saved status is still Open.
  4. Review the brief and use Publish job. Wait for confirmation and reopen it through My jobs to check the accepted details and current state.
  5. For an open job, use Edit job for the intended changes. Use Close job when you intend to stop accepting proposals, or review and select the intended private proposal through the separate proposal workflow.

What happens next

My jobs shows the job owned by your posting account, with its accepted brief and availability. A company identity supplies representation details; it does not automatically make every company member the owner of your job records.

If something goes wrong

Check the title and description length, category, numeric budget and deadline if validation fails. Only an open job can be edited through the offered control. Reload an expired form and inspect My jobs after an uncertain submission before creating another job. Contact Yasa with the job reference and error, without private client records or credentials.
