How do I create and verify a Yasa account?

Create an identity through Yasa Account when you do not already have one. Help articles remain public and do not require registration.

Before you start

Use an email address you control. If you already use a Yasa service, first try signing in with that existing identity instead of creating a duplicate.

What to do

  1. Open the normal Yasa Account sign-in page and choose its account-creation option. Check that you intend to create a new identity.
  2. Enter your name and email address, then enter and confirm a password of 12–256 characters. Read the linked privacy notice and complete any verification shown by the form.
  3. Submit once and read the result. An eligibility message does not itself confirm that you now have a verified account.
  4. If a verification message arrives, open its complete private link, review the email action and confirm it. Keep the link and any verification information private.
  5. After email verification is confirmed, sign in normally and return to the intended service. Check its separate workspace, membership or invitation requirements.

What happens next

A successfully verified identity can use its supported sign-in method. Registration does not grant Nexus access or unrelated project, company or shop permissions.

If something goes wrong

Check the entered address and spam folder if no message arrives. An expired or used link requires the current supported recovery flow. Existing password accounts should use sign-in or password recovery; do not create another identity to bypass a linking or permission problem. Contact Yasa with the displayed error and time, without including the password or private email link.
