Before you start
Use the identity that owns the order, or have your own order number and the email used at checkout. Keep those lookup details and the resulting order page private.
What to do
- Open Orders after signing in and select the intended order. Alternatively, open Track Order and enter your own order number and checkout email, completing the displayed verification.
- Review the order and payment status, items and next-step information. Check any recorded warranty coverage against the actual product and order terms.
- If shipment information is available, review the carrier and tracking number, then use Track Shipment for the carrier’s current delivery information. An order status is separate from a carrier delivery confirmation.
- Use Download PDF receipt when you need the order receipt. Check the downloaded document and keep it private. Contact shop support with the order reference if the status or details are unclear.
What happens next
The order page shows the recorded order, payment and shipment information and provides its available receipt. It does not create a second order or change delivery details.
If something goes wrong
If lookup fails, check the original order number and checkout email or purchasing identity before trying another account. A missing tracking link does not prove a lost parcel. Do not post lookup links, full addresses or receipts publicly, and check an uncertain payment before ordering again.
