How do I update my shared personal profile?

Account is the shared place for personal profile and security settings.

Before you start

Sign in with the account you intend to edit.

What to do

  1. Open Account from the ecosystem menu or the personal account link.
  2. Open the profile settings and edit the available personal fields.
  3. Save and wait for the confirmation before leaving.
  4. Reopen the profile to confirm the saved values.
  5. The displayed sign-in email is read-only in Personal information. Changing your display name or avatar colour does not change that identity or merge it with another account.

What happens next

Connected apps can display the updated shared profile. Company and shop-specific details remain separate.

If something goes wrong

If another session changed the profile, reload the latest saved values before trying again. Do not create a second profile to work around a conflict.
