How do I choose a document layout, visible fields and logo?

Document presentation controls select the layout and visible fields for an eligible billing document. They are separate from the underlying invoice amounts and company information.

Before you start

You need permission to edit the intended draft and a document version that offers these controls. Review the document before issuing or sending it.

What to do

  1. Open the intended draft editor and expand Document design and visible fields.
  2. Choose an offered document template, such as Classic, Compact or Bank transfer details, and review the accent colour. Select the required visible columns and the payment-reference or purchase-order display options.
  3. To add a logo, choose a PNG or JPEG within the displayed 250 KB limit. Use Remove logo if you do not want the selected logo in this document.
  4. Save the draft, then inspect the resulting preview or PDF. Check the logo, visible information, amounts and payment details before a separate issue or send action.

What happens next

The saved draft contains the accepted presentation choices. The actual document preview or PDF is the evidence of how those choices render.

If something goes wrong

A layout control can be unavailable for a document version or status. A refused logo may have an unsupported type or size. Changing presentation is not a correction to an already issued invoice and does not change the underlying transaction amounts. If the saved document differs from the preview or a control remains unavailable, contact Yasa with the workspace and document reference.
