How do I request a service change, cancellation or review of a delivery problem?

Website and development projects use their own quotation or service agreement for scope, payment schedule and cancellation terms. The service-changes page explains how to raise a request with Yasa.

Before you start

Have the relevant project or invoice reference and the current agreement available. Identify the specific change, cancellation or delivery concern you want reviewed.

What to do

  1. Review the agreed scope and any applicable change or cancellation terms for that project.
  2. Use the contact method on the service-changes or contact page and include the project or invoice reference.
  3. Explain the requested change or describe what is wrong with the delivery and the outcome you need. Share relevant evidence without credentials or unrelated customer records.
  4. Wait for the actual review and confirmation of the next step. A submitted enquiry does not itself change the agreement, cancel work, issue a credit or send a refund.

What happens next

Yasa can review the agreement and work already completed, then discuss the next step. The help article does not replace the contract or applicable statutory rights.

If something goes wrong

Use the originating service's order or billing route when the request concerns PC Shop, SkillJobber, PC Builder or another service-specific transaction. If a payment outcome is uncertain, check its recorded state before paying again. Contact Yasa when the correct record or route is unclear.
