How do I review receivables and download a customer statement?

Receivables shows recorded balances as of a selected date. A customer statement presents the selected customer's opening balance, movements and closing balance for a date range.

Before you start

You need access to the billing records in the intended workspace. Select the correct customer and currency context before interpreting or sharing a report.

What to do

  1. Open Receivables and choose the as-of date. Select the intended customer and currency, then choose whether to show all open balances and credits, overdue items, credits or items with undated-payment uncertainty.
  2. Apply the filters and review the dated balance, overdue amounts, credits and ageing information. Keep different currencies separate and inspect any uncertainty warnings.
  3. Open an invoice from the list to inspect its recorded details, or open the customer statement action. If customers have identical names, check the address or identifying information before choosing one.
  4. In the statement, choose the start and end dates and currency, then update the view. Review the opening balance, movements, closing balance and the source shown for each movement.
  5. Use the PDF or CSV download offered for the reviewed statement. Check the downloaded customer, dates and currency before sharing it through an authorised channel.

What happens next

The view and downloaded statement reflect the selected records, dates and currencies. Viewing or downloading a statement does not issue an invoice, record a new payment or send the statement to the customer.

If something goes wrong

Filters can hide records, and undated payments can make historical balances uncertain. Inspect the original invoice and payment evidence rather than treating a warning or empty view as a confirmed outcome. If records or dates remain unclear, contact Yasa with the workspace, customer reference and selected period without publishing the financial records.
