How do I add, check or remove billing attachments?

The Attachments controls let you select files for a supported draft or delivery. Uploading a file, saving a draft and sending email are separate outcomes.

Before you start

You need permission for the document or delivery and authority to share the selected files with its recipient. Use the supported types and limits shown by the control.

What to do

  1. Open the intended draft or send dialog where Attachments is offered. Check the workspace and document before choosing files.
  2. Use Add attachments and wait for each upload to finish. The current picker offers PDF, PNG/JPEG, TXT, CSV, XLSX and DOCX files, with at most ten selected files and a 10 MB limit per file.
  3. Review the accepted filenames and open the offered download link when you need to verify a file. Use Remove to exclude an unwanted file from the current selection.
  4. If an upload fails, inspect the displayed error and use Retry this upload when offered. Check the existing list before selecting the same file again.
  5. Wait until the required uploads have succeeded, then save the draft or review the separate email confirmation. Reopen the saved draft or inspect the recorded delivery details as appropriate.

What happens next

The saved draft or accepted delivery refers to the selected attachments. Upload success alone does not prove that a draft was saved or an email delivered.

If something goes wrong

Check file type, size, count and document permissions when a file is refused. Removing an item from the current selection does not establish that every previously retained copy was deleted. For an unresolved upload, save or delivery problem, contact Yasa with the document reference, filename and error rather than posting the attachment publicly.
