Before you start
Use the intended account and provide accurate delivery and billing information.
What to do
- Open the cart and check products, quantities and selected services. Apply a valid coupon through the cart’s coupon control when applicable, inspect its accepted discount and updated total, or use Remove coupon before continuing to checkout.
- Review the checkout contact name from your shared Account profile. Keep the company and billing name separate from that personal contact.
- Check the billing and delivery address, including the second address line. If delivery is the same as billing, confirm that both address lines were copied correctly.
- Choose the delivery option, review the final amount, currency and terms, then complete the supported payment steps. Check the resulting order confirmation.
What happens next
A confirmed order has its own reference and current order state.
If something goes wrong
A cart or payment-page visit is not proof of an order. If submission or payment is uncertain, inspect order status before ordering again.
